2013年12月，王赛之出任马华妇女组全国主席后，积极推动《十大计划》，务求让马华妇女组与时并进，自我提升，自我重新定位，奠定妇女组价值，领导大马全体华社妇女，推动妇女建设，捍卫与提升妇女在正经文教各领域的地位与权益。
